had a very disappointing experience at this psychology center. From the moment I walked in, no one greeted me with a smile — the staff looked frustrated and uninterested in helping. I even overheard two workers say to each other, “Don’t worry, we’ll get through this,” which made it obvious they didn’t want to be there. OK, well start off. I set my appointment over a month ago to have these people get me in so I could do this class so they set up an appointment finally on Saturday 10 to 12 they’re supposed to send me something through my email which I have never received in over a month I’ve called back 456 times to get this information so I can do it. Nobody seems to want to return my phone calls so in stating that this Sophia center thing I think it’s a crock of bull.
