Mixed, mostly uncomfortable experience. Had "combination" brows done with Nila, whose work was great. That said, the salon was pre-occupied with social media and up-selling. Pretty poor with communication and were convinced that I needed a different service than initially booked, charging an extra $350 on top of existing amount.
Pathetic - not recommended at all Bad job with waxing , got my skin burned and the staff kept finding fault with me and my skin . And ended up paying a high price and spent long hours for a really poor experience. I recently got eyelash extensions at Sofia Beauty Salon, and I'm absolutely thrilled with the results! The technician did an amazing job, and my lashes look stunning. They're full, fluttery, and exactly what I wanted. Highly recommend Sofia Beauty Salon for flawless eyelash extensions!
Possibly the worst experience I have ever had at a salon and the worst customer service when confronting them about the issue I had post service. If I could give them 0 stars I would. Had my eyebrows laminated here to realize when I got home, they had turned shades and shades lighter (Salon is dimly lit so when I left, I did not notice this).
