Worst case of customer service ever! Bought a simple fan motor and hooked it up exactly like the original. Red to red, black to black, ground to ground...it died after 15 minutes of use. Had to buy a second identical unit right away in order to keep my green house cool. Hooked up the second one exactly the same way and it works fine. Would not cover under warranty. Call and told them what I need, they knew what it was, perfect, greeted with a smile, gave a fair price, and to finish she said have a good day, with a smile. PERFECT. , THAT'S SERVICE.
