Receptionist need to be more polite/gentle in talking, enquired about a parts I need and the way she replied is never expected. Sorry!
Worst case of customer service ever! Bought a simple fan motor and hooked it up exactly like the original. Red to red, black to black, ground to ground...it died after 15 minutes of use. Had to buy a second identical unit right away in order to keep my green house cool. Hooked up the second one exactly the same way and it works fine. Would not cover under warranty.
