I had an ok experience the first time, except for a really long waiting time. Second time round, way too long a wait for parts that when arrived were not checked for damage up until work begun, and by then weeks/months were wasted. Expect to loose access to your car for 2-3 months for minor repairs. Poor communication with clients regarding delays, always having to chase them down.
