Super creepy call about a property of mine from an estate. They got my info from a legal notice. If they'd been honest about that, we actually could have had a conversation, but they kept telling me lies about who they were, how they got my info, and what prompted them to call me. ("We got your info from the neighbors" - not one of the neighbors know me; it's an empty lot, nobody lives there) ("we're doing work in the area" No, no you're not) You're cold calling people from legal notices. Say that. Stop being liars.

Working with this group went very easy. They went out of their way from giving us our estimate with no low balling. Moved up settlement to make it convenient on us and even signed early so all I had to do was sign when I got to the title company!!! Awesome experience!!!
