As a REALTOR we are always dealing with deadlines. Kyle and his guys went out of their way to meet a very difficult deadline. I know everybody was delayed for a while until things opened up and then overwhelmed with people wanting services. I will refer Kyle and his Sootslayer to anyone who needs chimney work. Again, thank you, your rapid response to our needs made the closing on the house go smoothly.

Sootslayer has been cleaning my woodstove for at least 7 years. They return calls promptly, do the work quickly and leave my woodstove spotlessly clean! And after a flue fire (my fault for purchasing bad firewood) they assured me that everything was still safe to use and nothing needed to be replaced.

My mom was to have her chimney and furnace cleaned this week, however she was told that they couldn't clean the chimney because there was a nest with birds in it. She was also told that she needed a new liner, estimated at $3,000. Cost for not having anything cleaned: over $150! After talking with her I advised her to get a second opinion. She had another person stop by today, the nest was abandoned and appeared to have been vacant for quite sometime. Plus, no new liner would be needed!
