On time— in fact, early! Did a great job quickly. They were flexible and worked us in at the last minute on a Friday afternoon.
We've used Soot plumbing on two occasions for toilet issues. Found them to be prompt and reasonable.

He is a scam artist who will only take your money and never return to finish the job and or to do the job correctly. He has no care or consideration for his customers. I highly suggest not using this company. It is in everybody's best interest to never deal with this company for you will be giving your money away to someone who will just use it for their own pleasure.
