I have been prioritizing massages with Heather throughout this year and it’s been a game changer. As someone who workouts 5-6 days a week recovery is super important and having consistent massages has cut back on my overall aches/pains. It’s also provided me with uninterrupted self care time which I love and need. I always look forward to my time with Heather she truly is the best!
