I've been going here for 2 years now... it has changed my life! For more than 10 years, I've struggled with myofascial pain, fibromyalgia, and multiple autoimmune disorders. I've only had 2 mild flare ups since I've started seeing Stacy consistently. My migraines no longer exist!!! She offers traditional techniques (and then some) but still customizes the body work to your needs.
Stacey is phenomenal. I always leave refreshed and feeling renewed. The space is warm and welcoming. The ambiance makes every visit memorable. Each visit is definitely a big treat.
I highly recommend Stacey. I had knots in my shoulder blades that other therapists weren't able to work out. I had lower back/sciatic issues too. She really gets in there and works those spots out. Stacey also performed lymphatic massage on my knee after surgery and for my hand which as some arthritis as well. I didn't know anything about lymphatic massage and I have to say definitely felt better afterwards. Give her a try - you won't be disappointed.
OMG. I have had a bum muscle behind my shoulder for 2 weeks and last few nights have lost sleep. Decided to get a massage to see if that would help. Soothing Touch's website shared available time slots and was able to call and confirm opening. Perfect! Experience was great. Awesome communication and results. I’ve done the deep tissue and lymphatic massage and the lymphatic is my ultimate favorite! What ultimately made me want to try the lymphatic was because out of nowhere I had these eczema patches on my legs and so I was doing a lot of research and I felt like I needed better blood flow in my legs to help it go away and improve my skin overall & that’s one thing the lymphatic drainage massage does (increases blood flow) so I tried it and after the massage, those dry skin patches went away and never showed up again.
