I had booked and paid for a 2-hour massage today and I was told they could only do one hour because someone came in wanting forehand massage I was already on the table getting my massage I caught a Lyft to and from which was $70 I was expecting to have a 2-hour massage and I felt so unappreciated like my money did not matter because of my color I am very disappointed

Awful experience. I gifted a massage to here to someone, who told me the masseuse left the room multiple times to help other people at the front desk. The masseuse also answered the phone during the massage to schedule appointments. The lost time was not made up. I tried calling to express this dissatisfaction and was told I would get a call back. I did not. So I called again and when they answered, they were in the middle of an appointment. I asked to speak to someone who wasn't with a client and they said I had to come in ... read more

I have severe joint pain (right knee, right shoulder and mid-back) and there are few massage therapist who can help me. There are two in Houston I trust. My pain on Christmas morning was especially terrible. Fortunately, Soothing Oasis in Chesterfield, MO, was able to get me in for a two hour, four hand deep tissue massage.. Vicki and Jenny were my therapists. I'm a very large guy and I know they worked themselves into exhaustion helping me. They were AMAZING. The bottom line... I ended up with a pain free Christmas.
