我點了30分鐘的頭療跟30分鐘的足底按摩，進去房間的時候有工人在裝潢，頭療做的還可以以那個價位來說，我只是想放鬆，但是吹頭髮的時候把我的頭皮拉扯的很痛，我表達了要先梳開頭髮再吹，但服務人員沒有明白我的意思仍然繼續用她粗暴的方式吹我的頭髮。結帳的時候告訴我一共做了1.5個小時，我說我只有要求一小時為什麼做了1.5個小時，他們試圖說服我做都已經做了，顯然是看客人的態度私自強迫消費。刷卡時還要跑到別間店去刷卡，收據上也沒有把消費金額跟税分開，我很匪夷所思⋯⋯再也不會再去了，這種做生意的方式真的很不老實。
Every year my husband and I make a trip to Flushing, and this spa has been our go-to for the past few years. Unfortunately, this most recent visit was very disappointing and felt completely different from our past experiences. My wife and I got a couples massage here and it was the worst massage we’ve ever had to pay for. The masseuses were having a full volume conversation with each other. My masseuse felt like he had no idea what he was doing. I don’t think he had any training at all. He also slathered so much oil on me and then just wiped it all over without any thought or actual massaging. Will never come here ever again. Avoid this place. There was also a weird smell with the towel. 0 stars.
I was really looking forward to this massage and left feeling bamboozled. I booked this massage via classpass. First off the directions to the spa are not very helpful. The spa is in a "mall" and on the 3rd floor. Once I found the Spa, no one spoke english and didn't understand what I was saying. I showed them my classpass appointment and they expressed they understood and was sent to a room for the massage.
