The male therapist who gave me the massage was actually quite good. He clearly knew some proper techniques, and I was very satisfied with the massage itself. One of the worst experiences of my life. Got a full body massage for 60 minutes. The massage was terrible and the masseuse didn't know what they were doing. However, the worst part about the whole experience was the man at the front desk. I gave them a 20% tip at the end. However, he started cursing me out in Mandarin saying it is mandatory to tip 30% regardless of the massage experience. Truly one of the worst experiences I have had. Would not recommend anyone to go here.
I got a Facial and Head massage and let me tell you, it was AMAZING! I almost fell asleep honestly. She was very gentle and rough at the same time which i loved and she always kept checking in to make sure i was comfortable. The only thing that threw me off was the minimum tip requirement but it was worth it. It was $100 which i thought wasn’t bad. It’s my first time ever going to a spa and it definitely met my expectations!! Would definitely go again!!!
