Bad deal. I felt scammed and here’s why… Nobody told me about the $15 minimum tip until AFTER the massage. The girl in front should have told me about their tipping policy BEFORE the massage not after. Before I decided on getting the massage, she made it sound like such a good deal. She told me that it would be $35 for an hour long foot reflexology massage so I decided to do it. After my massage I tipped 30% to my masseuse which is $10. Bad service. The guy did my foot massage is terrible. I told him that I like soft but he didn’t care. Been the third time and never came back.

I’ve had massages regularly for years and have never had an experience this bad. After one session at Sooth Zen Spa, my entire back was left bruised and purple—a clear sign that the massage therapist was completely unskilled and overly rough. It felt more like I was being pressed and pounded on, not massaged. On top of that, the business recently changed ownership, but they kept the same name and branding, which is misleading.
