提醒大家避雷这家spa 称之为奸商也不为过 非常不好的体验 在它家充值了三百会员卡 有次它们说特价按摩做活动 我做完之后我用会员卡结帐 它们竟然告诉我会员不能参加活动就离谱 现在更离谱的是 告诉我店老板换了 之前的充值卡做废 这索性不装了直接卷钱… 大家引以为戒！
Very disappointing experience. I had a gift certificate for this place and had already used it before. When I returned recently, they told me the business had changed owners and my gift certificate could no longer be used. They promised a call from the owner, but I never heard back. Very unprofessional.
Every year my husband and I make a trip to Flushing, and this spa has been our go-to for the past few years. Unfortunately, this most recent visit was very disappointing and felt completely different from our past experiences. We immediately noticed signs that ownership may have changed — there was a new sign about “no tip minimum,” none of the staff looked familiar, and even the music system seemed broken and lagging. My wife and I got a couples massage here and it was the worst massage we’ve ever had to pay for. The masseuses were having a full volume conversation with each other. My masseuse felt like he had no idea what he was doing. I don’t think he had any training at all. He also slathered so much oil on me and then just wiped it all over without any thought or actual massaging. Will never come here ever again. Avoid this place. There was also a weird smell with the towel. 0 stars.
I was really looking forward to this massage and left feeling bamboozled. I booked this massage via classpass. First off the directions to the spa are not very helpful. The spa is in a "mall" and on the 3rd floor. Once I found the Spa, no one spoke english and didn't understand what I was saying. I showed them my classpass appointment and they expressed they understood and was sent to a room for the massage.
