took a deposit for $7000.00 for a roof job after providing a quote in. Sault st Marie on Gloucester st. Then they disappeared. Didn't do the work, didnt communicate at all with myself or my property guys. Just stole 7k and took off
Home Owner Beware.... Had a roof installed two years ago and have yet been able to make contact with the owner to come back and make the necessary repairs. Drip edge is missing, vents were installed as "decoration" as they were never cut into our attic space, flashing has warped and shingles have blown off. Shingles were installed crooked in many places and have had to have other companies come and repair their work. My husband and I have dealt with many contractors and tradesman and this was the worst experience of our life... read more
Edit: I WAS so happy to have my roof done. The safety I felt with the guarantee of their craft has worn off with repeated call and emails for repairs to the shingles blowing off and the leaks. They began to filter my calls. My husband wanted to give them another chance and was going to have them install some ice guards , but they never showed up and never called back. I am now stuck with no help, a damaged "New" roof, water damage, and we are disabled ( one of us even in a wheelchair). I am at a loss for what to do, but I no... read more
This had to be the worst experience I’ve ever had with a company or anyone. Paid last year in the summer for my roof to be done. Kept giving me dates and then not showing up. Finally they came in the early spring after months of the run around. The workers were here and pleasant. They worked and finished the job. But the roof still leaks. Contacted them immediately. They said they would come check it out. I sent them a video of the leak as well, which I didn’t receive a reply. It’s now been 2 more months and no one has come.... read more
