I have used Sooper Lube for years now. They have excellent friendly employees who have always taken the best possible care of my vehicle. Everything from oil changes to major work, they've been honest and upfront with me at every turn. The nice lady behind the desk even remembers me every time I come in. These people care about their customers and what they do.
came to Sooper Lube for a basic oil change. three employees looked under my hood I figured if they had a problem they would tell me but nobody said anything.they all took turns getting something loose from under my hood. Thirty min later one employee said the cover of the oil filter had broke and ordered another one it will be there soon I said ok.10 min later Another employee aproched me and told me I had to pay 50.00 dollars to replace the filter. Excellent customer service. Being female, I am always hesitant to deal with an auto repair shop. Chuck explained to me the possible problems my vehicle was having and what their fixes would be. He even showed me what a part looked like and discussed with me how the part normally fails. A little education is always nice. At no time did he talk to me like a child or an idiot.
