NO ONE IN THE COMPANY COMMUNICATES WITH EACH OTHER OR CUSTOMERS. Labeled as ATECH REPAIR but the number is for Sooo Cool Appliances (rebranding? Hired out?). They were hired through my home warranty company (American Home Shield) to install my dishwasher. I had to call them multiple times to set up a time for them to schedule the install (this is unusual, in my experience through AHS the contractor will contact you). They NEVER RETURNED my call.
