Calling the Soonercare Helpline is frustrating at the best of times. Well, this is not the best of times. I've been trying for three days to talk to the eligibility department. I called Wednesday. The initial person was helpful, looked at what I was asking about, and said I needed to talk to Eligibility and transfered my call (this was at about 10:30 am). They love to hangup the phone! Was waiting patiently for 2 hours just to be hung up on as soon as I get transferred. This is PEOPLES livlihoods we are talking. About. sadly I don’t even know how to escalate this. This is seriously bad and disappointing and happening WAY too often. Something needs to change NOW

I need to get a hold of the eligibility department and had been on hold for 4 hours before they hung up I have been on hold for another 40 min and am getting nowhere. They need more staff a streamlined process instead of staff who answer the phone who need to put you on hold for everything.

I’ve called every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 8am on the dot for over a month now and I wait for two to three hours on hold to be told each time they aren’t taking anymore calls. Sooner Care eligibility department sucks!!!!

I have been trying to get ahold of eligibility department for a week now. AND NO ONE CAN HELP ME WITH THE ISSUE AM HAVING. IT BS TO HAVE TO WAIT ON HOLD FOR HOURS AND NOT GET THE HELP YOU NEED. I GUESS I HAVE TO GO IN PERSON WHICH IS A HOUR AND HALF AWAY FOR ME.
