My grandmother has been here for almost 4 months and we LOVE THE CARE. We couldn't be happier with our decision to place here there. They have a bar, sitting areas, elevator it's amazing. If the patient doesn't feel like walking down or can't walk down they will deliver the food up to their apartment I mean I can't say enough great things about this place.

My mother has been living at Sooner Station, and the experience over the past two weeks has been completely unacceptable. Her air conditioning has been malfunctioning repeatedly, and despite multiple “repairs,” it only works for a day before failing again. In the middle of late July heat, this is not just an inconvenience — it’s dangerous. They brought in a portable unit briefly, then removed it without explanation. Beautiful community and the staff and caregivers are amazing! The Restaurant and and food are top notch!
If there was a minus rating, I would choose! For 6 months, my family member suffered neglect, not given correct meds, dirty room, dirty clothes, and staff that were so miserable they could not be nice to anyone! No help from administration! Look elsewhere, please!
