Today I called to speak with this company regarding issues we have been having with our alarm panel and whoever answered the phone was the rudest person I have ever come into contact with when dealing with a business. I mean hung up on me while I was talking. If I could give zero stars I would! Maybe all employees there do not behave this way, but when dealing with the public and answering phones you need to be a little more personable
Word to the wise. Go with Advance Alarms, Alert360, even ADT before going with these guys. I had the absolute rudest experience I have seen from any company. Literally any company.
