The owner of sooner scale shows up to the job drunk and smelled of alcohol. (Not the first time. He griped at his guys and put them down in front of everyone. He tried to operate a machine and ripped a tire off of it, kept going until one of our safety managers had to ask him to get off and he argued, but finally got off. He was extremely rude.
