I have been ordering plants from Sooner Plant Farm for a few years now, they have never disappointed me. The plants always come well packed and healthy looking. I have never experienced a problem. This year (2021) due to weather related problems in Oklahoma that was negatively affecting the plants that I ordered, a very nice lady named Marsha would call me to let me know there will be a delay in shipping and she continued to keep me informed on the status of my order until they shipped. The worst looking tree in my yard is from Sooner. The same year I rec my magnolia tree from Sooner, I found a distressed magnolia for 12 dollars. It has bloomed, my sooner, not at all. That little 12 dollar tree is now taller, healthier and prettier than my small fortune Sooner tree. NO, NO, AND NO.

I don't care what their so-called 30-day warranty states, but for a premium price, I expect them to honor a request to replace a tree that was sent in the autumn and did not survive the winter. I won't be wasting my money on this nursery anymore. So much for supporting a nursery in my region.

Wonderful, superb, awesome are just some of the words that you too will use to describe the Sooner Plant Farm when you purchase their products. Every plant that I purchased was healthy, packaged professionally, and arrived in superior condition. The plants from Sooner Plant Farm always make my garden look sublime. Again, I highly recommend, and you will NOT be disappointed with this purchase..

The best mail order plants & trees I have ever found! They know how to package trees. Their stock is above average and lot of trees grown in Root Pouches which works great when planting. Provide slow release fertilizer packs plus moisture retaining gel with trees plus excellent directions. Communication over one tree where they had to prune a branch(River Birch) was intuited on there part. Wanted us to know and would replace if didn’t, want. It was fine. I purchased 5 crimson spire oaks from this firm in March, 2017. Only two have survived. Upon informing these folks of my problem, they informed me that the items were shipped early and thus the warranty is void. Yet, when I ordered these trees they wanted to know if I wanted them shipped immediately and I said yes. Also, the two tress that are growing are at least two years older than the other three trees and had substantial root systems in their "grow pots."
