I checked in at 7:00 AM and they didn’t start loading until 4:00 PM. The load was overweight, so I had to go back from the scale. Their dispatch was just laughing at me and didn’t take it seriously. I had to stay there until the next day, but they still refused to admit the load was overweight or fix the problem.
