It seems they don't take parents concerns serious. I've been trying to ride it out with all 3 of children for the last 3 years but it's time to find a new pediatrician for my kiddos. Hopefully, there's a Pediatric clinic that has opening for new clients. 3 new to be exact.
I highly recommend that you update your hours of operations seems how I called A little after 7:30 to be told that you'll do not turn on your phones til 8 but your website says that you're open at 7:30🤥🤔
Regret giving birth at OU and taking my child to OU Sooner Pediatrics. Good luck finding parking. Took me almost 10 minutes. You go inside and you wait another 10 minutes to be called. Waiting almost 35 minutes for them to give my daughter her flu shot. Switching pediatrics. Been here since 2pm and now it’s passed 4pm
Due to the incorrect information given to us about our son for YEARS he now has to see a specialist and possibly have a procedure. This was a completely avoidable issue.
