My grandchildren are seen here
17 years I’ve been bringing my twins here! They were born here, and This place hasn’t changed 1 damn bit. The parking is still the same chaos and all specialists are months to years out to be seen. All the money and funding yall get and haven’t figured out how to make anything better! Red state Oklahoma for ya! Wrong priorities! Trying to make it look nice and it’s been a damn disaster for 18 years!
The last year with this clinic has been a nightmare. Everything used to be super easy and it should still be easy, especially with the new MyChart app. However, the doctors now treat the parents like trash. We have been coming here for 13 years and I will definitely be looking for a new clinic for my 3 children starting today! Dr. Hines, whom I spoke with in person at the office, was completely rude and unprofessional. Update to my last review: I spoke with Dr. Putman, the clinical director, and he was very kind and I do think that he truly tries to see things from the patient (and patient’s parent’s/family’s point of view). We were able to figure out what was happening with the prescription refills for my 3 children and we have not had any issues since my conversation with Dr. Putman.
