The last year with this clinic has been a nightmare. Everything used to be super easy and it should still be easy, especially with the new MyChart app. However, the doctors now treat the parents like trash. We have been coming here for 13 years and I will definitely be looking for a new clinic for my 3 children starting today! Update to my last review: I spoke with Dr. Putman, the clinical director, and he was very kind and I do think that he truly tries to see things from the patient (and patient’s parent’s/family’s point of view). We were able to figure out what was happening with the prescription refills for my 3 children and we have not had any issues since my conversation with Dr. Putman. Our family has been with this clinic for the last 10 years. Since my daughter was 2 and she is now 13. We have had nothing but great experiences, until the last 2-3 months. I don’t know what happened, but there seems to have been a change in some of the doctors and now it’s almost impossible to get refills for my kids’ medications. The communication is horrible and the doctors refuse to use the mychart app the way it should be used.
