We called James on a Sunday and he was at our house Monday. Our garage door opener had quit working. James had a new replacement unit already on hand and brought it with him. It was really nice not to have to go out and buy it before he arrived. He was prompt, super nice, worked quickly, performed a safety check and oiled the garage door. Since not having a good experience with garage door company before this time around I wanted to be picky and feel 100% good about the company. Sooner Garage Door Repair was it, they were very professional on every little detail. One look at my door and they identified the problem and gave me the best solution on a budget vs replacing the whole door. Cant recommend them enough they really know what they are doing.
Appointment was made quickly and easily. Technician Eden was punctual, professional and quickly diagnosed my garage door opener issue and made the replacement. Sooner Garage Door Repair is excellent. Eden showed us how to use it and cleaned up all of his gear and the old parts. New opener is so much quieter than my old one and includes features like wi-fi access and upgraded keypad.
Came out about an hour after I called them on a Saturday. The owner was really friendly, honest and reliable. He was able to replace the broken spring on-site. The cost was not bad considering the repair and labor. It took him almost an hour. He also gave me an estimate if I wanted to replace everything by my request. I can use my garage door again. I highly recommend them!
Got home late this evening and the garage door was broken. Within 30 minutes of placing my call, they were at my door. The issue was identified and within 45 minutes the door was working again perfectly! Extremely friendly, professional and efficient as all get out! I would highly recommend these guys to anyone!
