Wonderful dinner! Best seaweed salad, fabulous sashimi, and the rice was perfect! We live 70 miles away, but after our last sushi experience at Thai Orchid in Vancouver with the cold, hard, rubbery rice? Soon Yi is now our new go to, for birthdays, anniversaries and trips to the beach!! I am so happy we found Soon Yi Sushi!!
Sorry but overated and very high priced. No 5 or 6 pc sashimi must order 2 pc for 8$ to 14 $ salmon was great. Tuna very overrated. Had to ask for low sodium soy sauce..very very Stingy on the ginger. Asked the waitress twice for extra ginger. Barely got any...why do places have to be so greedy and stingy. Not to mention so overpriced
Consistently in awe over how good the food is, the prices, and how kind the staff is. Just got off the phone with Justin and he’s got to be the happiest and kindest person I’ve ever known to answer a phone!
I can't believe I haven't been here before. The food was incredible, I hate to compare restaurants but the sushi here was miles ahead of any other local place. The rice and fish were perfect, the staff knowledgeable and attentive.
