This doctor is outstanding, knowledgeable & kind. She saved my life. We in Mesquite are lucky to have her practice here. I wanted to mention Dr Kim's nurse Nancy, long standing and dedicated RN who is a blessing to patients and to the good Doctor herself.
I had triple hernia surgery one week ago. I want to thank Dr Kim, Andrew the surgery nurse, Gil the anesthesiologist, and all the other personnel at Mesa View Hospital for taking such good care of me, before and after the procedure. I honestly had anxiety going into this procedure because Ive not been operated on before. They all made me comfortable, and made the experience less stressful. Dr. Came flitting in like she was on speed. She spent less than 3 minutes with me and billed $296. Ignored what I tried to tell her. Called for biopsy results and was told they wouldn't give that info over the phone. Drove 30 Miles to the office and was then told they didn't have results yet when I was told at the time the biopsy was done that results would be back on 5-7 days. Now I'm told 15 days. Why wasn't I told over the phone that the results weren't in yet before I drove the 30 miles? I will never go back.
She seems very overworked and I felt like a number on the list! I met her once and will be going to St George from now on!
