We bought custom made jewellery, earrings and engagement rings, from Eric and we are very impressed and happy with the quality and value. We’re happy they fit perfectly too as we double checked sizing. We requested lab grown diamond and they are able to supply that. We highly recommend Eric who is excellent.
Very bad service and seller. They are very annoyed, aggressive, snobbish and not friendly. They don’t want to talk with customers. Especially the middle aged woman is very annoying. Very bad attitude and service. We bought gold from them and when we come to ask for help they not happy and they blame that our fault but the problem not by us. They are not nice and not friendly.
I have some bad experience about this shop. The woman (second oldest woman in shop, not the oldest) was so rude and impolite many times. Her face is very annoyed and aggressive when we ask about gold and price. She seemed only happy and smile with people who will buy a lot of gold with her. This place is despicably a terrible place to sell your diamond ring, they buy your rings for a way cheaper price than its actual worth and then resells it for an overwhelming price. Previously, I have purchased my ring for over $23,000 and they offered me only $11000… I advise you to not sell your jewellery in this place.
