Very bad shop, not nice, not good, not friendly, never come back, not recommended, people should not come this shop if don’t want to see the face of the middle age lady, she shown her attitude to people, very aggressive and rude, not respect people, she showed like she is the top and the shop is the top in world. We bought a lot of golds and products from this shop but now very disappointed, we not happy anymore with this shop.
My engagement and wedding rings were both made here. They are gorgeous creations and Eric made the whole process simple and efficient. He is very considerate and professional. My ring needed to be resized the day I picked it up and it was done in 1.5hrs! Would recommend to anyone
Best in Sydney! Absolutely love this jewellery shop. They are able to craft unique designs with excellent quality. We had Eric helping us, he is warm, patient, and very knowledgeable, making the whole shopping experience enjoyable. We found exactly what we were looking for at a great price, and the craftsmanship is top-notch. We had done all our wedding jewellery needs here. Highly recommend this store to anyone.
We bought custom made jewellery, earrings and engagement rings, from Eric and we are very impressed and happy with the quality and value. We’re happy they fit perfectly too as we double checked sizing. We requested lab grown diamond and they are able to supply that. We highly recommend Eric who is excellent.
Very bad service and seller. They are very annoyed, aggressive, snobbish and not friendly. They don’t want to talk with customers. Especially the middle aged woman is very annoying.
