Ted and Nic at West Coast Collision in Sooke have the best customer service I've experienced in a long time. I've needed their expertise twice now. One was a smaller wing mirror replacement and the other was to fix frontenddamages. Both times they made a distinctimpression as whatever the job size they really go above and beyond to be as helpful as possible. First time I went to West coast collision to get an estimate for a minor bumper dent. I was met by Ted who was polite and told me exactly where to get it done. Really appreciated his honesty. Will definitely use their business again.
Excellent job, service and pricing. Nick and the owner helped me locate an affordable window replacement and booked me in within the week even though they were booked up due to the urgency and need for my driver side window to be replaced on my work vehicle. Thanks!!

The shop's web site says, "Appointments are not necessary, just drop in and one of our friendly estimators will be happy to assist you." When I drove 18 km to get an estimate, I was told by two not very friendly staff that an appointment was required for an estimate, just like going to a doctor. When I pointed out that their web site said otherwise, they were not interested. So my first experience with this shop was that they broke the promise they made on their web site, and were definitely not "happy to assist [me]."
