Good stuff , convenient location
Ted was INCREDIBLE, such a nice man, extremely honest and amazingly helpful! He reminds me a lot of my uncle and gave us all the info we needed to find the parts we needed for cheaper. We are definitely going back to see him afterwards!! So lucky we came across him and his shop!!! 10/10 would recommend him!
I had a lot of scratches on the bumper due to an unexpected accident after the new car was released, so thank you for the clean repair. It took a long time to repair, but thank you for providing a clean vehicle. I give you a rating of 10.
so today on my way to work I hit a deer :( . there alot of damage to my car because of how the car was driving afterwards I didn't feel safe driving it. I came to West Coast Collision for some reassurance that I was still ok to drive till the estimate could be completed, Ted could see how distraught I was and above and beyond and helped me get a rental and have it delivered to me . Although this was a very traumatic experience for me and very sad, West Coast Collision made my bad day better. Thank you Ted !!!
