Where do I even start? The staff and doctors at Sooke Veterinary Hospital are exceptional. I reached out to Dr. Andrew Crookes about a very difficult and niche case regarding my bullfrog. After hearing so many "no's" and "that's too much for us", Dr. Crookes took on my frogs case with so much enthusiasm and interest. They open at 8 am, I try to call to book an appointment for my dog that’s peeing blood, and because I’ve never taken him there they denied me saying, too busy even knowing I called at 8:01 am.. Instead of having useless vet techs maybe they should hire real vets!
everyone was incredibly friendly. i’ve had a few bad experiences in the past at vets so i was really nervous going in but they took amazing care of my of my leopard gecko and i couldn’t recommend them enough! thank you so so much
