Rented a U-Haul and dolly from here only to be told at pick up they have no dollyies, blankets, or moving supplies. The store did not inform me ahead of time so I could make other arrangements ahead of moving day. The customer service representative was unapologetic and offered no solutions for the predicament. I ended up having to source a dolly from a U-Haul in Langford that keeps an inventory. When I returned the truck in the evening when the shop was closed, the U-Haul app would not accept my payment. best u-hail returning experience i've ever had. The guy at the counter desk assisted us two times and both times was friendly, accomodating our needs, and went above and beyond to help us in the return processes. First day we returned the dolly and he brought his forklift to support as it was a bit hard to part 26 foot truck with the dolly behind. Second day - he helped us with the paperwork and shared his funnel to allow me to fill in the gas tank with the cans I had from the trip.
