Terrible communication.. got charged for parts thought would be a part of the scaffolding. Terrible customer service!

best u-hail returning experience i've ever had. The guy at the counter desk assisted us two times and both times was friendly, accomodating our needs, and went above and beyond to help us in the return processes. First day we returned the dolly and he brought his forklift to support as it was a bit hard to part 26 foot truck with the dolly behind. Second day - he helped us with the paperwork and shared his funnel to allow me to fill in the gas tank with the cans I had from the trip.
