A remarkably positive experience! I admit I had trepidation regarding mouse & water intrusion due to the timber constructed nature of the units, but I had no issues for 3 months in the dead of winter. Elaine is super, very responsive, kind & considerate, waited patiently doing her crossword while I frantically stripped my stuff out running later than meeting time. Will store again!
