Very well equipped gym with excellent staff that make you feel right at home.
Got Banned after going there for 5 years, for being shirtless after I was told I could.
Good equipment and staff. Theyve changed the music since my last review and it's a great selection of rock now. Thanks a bunch guys, you're awesome.
Sooke Health and Fitness is a very welcoming and supportive place. It is clean, spacious and the staff is very friendly and helpful. It must have every equipment there is, and a tanning studio! You truly feel like part of the community belonging to Sooke Health and Fitness <3
