Got Banned after going there for 5 years, for being shirtless after I was told I could.
Good equipment and staff. Theyve changed the music since my last review and it's a great selection of rock now. Thanks a bunch guys, you're awesome.
Sooke Health and Fitness is a very welcoming and supportive place. It is clean, spacious and the staff is very friendly and helpful. It must have every equipment there is, and a tanning studio! You truly feel like part of the community belonging to Sooke Health and Fitness <3

Great location, always parking, great equipment variety and the staff are absolutely awesome. EDIT: Would benefit from adding a squat rack (or 2) and replacements for a few pieces of equipment. While I am eyeballing it, the current squat racks seem much deeper than those I’ve seen at other gyms and thus take up extra space that could be used for more equipment.
