Second experience with Sooke Glass. First time I never heard back from them. Had an appointment set between 1-3PM Today. Received a phone call at 3:15 that they tried to come during the arrival window and that no one was there. Unfortunately no one called while they were on site or before coming letting us know they were on the way. I do appreciate them coming out.
