Same problem as the other negative reviews. He said he would swing by "on the weekend" to estimate a gas insert installation. He never showed up. And it wasn't the first time. Fool me once, shame on you... Nick, if you don't have time to do a job or don't want the job, just tell me - I'll find someone else. But to commit to something , then not show up, is wasting everyone's time. Just dreadful customer service.
