BUILDING Take the elevators up to the 3rd floor. The spa is right near the elevators which was very convenient. Once I came in I was provided slippers and an ipad to fill in my information. The lobby is nicely decorated and calm music is being played. The only staff there was the owner and her husband who does RMT. Love the staff and the services they provide. Yoon is the sweetest and most caring aesthetician I've ever had. She does her best to find the right solution for your skin problems, but she goes beyond above when the results aren't as expected. I've never seen this kind of customer service in my life! Not only is she very knowledgeable, but so are the other staff members. I was also serviced by Adam before too with RMT massage and he did so well to locate my very difficult neck/shoulder issue. I had a wonderful experience at this salon. The facial left my skin feeling very clean, soft, and glowing. The esthetician was gentle and explained each step, which made me feel comfortable. The massage was relaxing and helped release a lot of tension in my neck and shoulders. The atmosphere was calm and professional. I will definitely come back again and recommend it to others
