My family and I have been going to this Dental Practice for years to see both Dr Frederick Soo (Father) and Dr Christopher Soon (Son). We currently see Dr Christopher Soo and he is so warm, knowledgeable, and thorough each visit. We always know we’re in such good hands with the staff here. The reception team is also fantastic. An all around great practice.
Case1: Went in for a cleaning 2 weeks ago and they actually polished my teeth BEFORE the doctor did the scaling. If I am not mistaken scaling is where they scrap the plaque and tartar from the surface of your teeth. I am not a trained in dentistry in any way but from my research it is not common practice to do so. I would compare the action to polishing your car BEFORE you cleaned it.
