Went to get my jewlerry checked out worst store in town would not recommend to anybody they even made me wait outside for 30 minutes to the point I had to call them

Fantastic service at Sonya Roe today purchasing gifts for family members. Kari assisted me and was beyond lovely and helpful. I left with three beautiful pieces, and I can't wait to gift them. I also was able to get my ring cleaned that I had purchased there. So many stunning pieces, it was hard to choose just three!

Unfortunately an overall poor experience with my engagement ring purchase last year. After having paid several hundred dollars to have my ring resized smaller, they returned it to me with a crack in the band. I brought it back to them, but then had to wait 8 weeks without my ring for them to fix it. So sad and disappointing after spending SO much money and at a time that should be so exciting showing off your ring. Really disappointing customer service. I came in excited to try on engagement rings with my sister, whose engagement ring and wedding band is from Sonya. We were told their engagement rings are only available through an appointment. I explained I’m not in Chatham very often. I understand if this is their process, but despite the store being completely empty on a Wednesday afternoon, she offered zero accommodation or understanding or interest in my business at all.
