My daughter went with her Oma (aka Grandmother) and they were both impressed with the personal time they spend with them. Explaining how to take care of the earings and what would look best for her hair and skin colour. The personal touch and the quality work will keep us going back.

Very helpful a pleasure doing business there..
Never acknowledged after 20 minutes in the not at all busy, small store. We even tried to check out and it was so slow the wife opted to leave. She was excited to come too and we drove from London. Believe the reviews of terrible customer service and go elsewhere.
