I was so nervous for this visit since I haven’t been to the doctors in a couple years but wow everyone here is amazing! The Receptionist, Medical Assistant and Dr. Sonya Thomas are all super sweet and informative! I can’t recommend them enough !
The office is so clean and nice. The receptionist was very friendly and so was Dr. Sonya. She was very thorough, listened to my concerns, used props and signs to educate me on several topics. I was comfortable throughout the appointment and she even gave me information I was surprised no other gyno has ever mentioned before. I really appreciate that. It’s very refreshing to feel as though I am in safe care.
Highly recommend Dr. Thomas and her office. Everyone there is incredibly sweet and knowledgeable. Dr. Thomas truly lives by her motto: “Every woman seen, every voice heard.” It’s a safe and inclusive space — anyone with a period is respected and supported here. She helped me work through some tough symptoms from synthetic hormonal withdrawal and was really patient as I figured out which birth control worked best for me. She actually listens, gives you the space to talk, and lets you take the lead in your care.
I truly cannot understand why Dr. Thomas doesn’t have 5 stars on Google… she was so kind, thorough, made me feel comfortable from the start and is a Doctor I trust just from the first visit. The office is clean and lovely and her front desk as well as back staff were all so sweet and kind! 10/10 recommend this office, Doctor and staff.
The front desk person made the environment uncomfortable she was rude towards myself and my partner the doctor was nice until I looked into a second treatment option which is the clients right and I got an email stating they nolonger wanted to see me which is the providers right im glad I got dropped i received the care that I needed with a provider that liked that I was proactive about my situation
