The staff at Sonya's office has always gone above and beyond anytime I had an issue. I found out I had an identity issue due to my insurance premium going up for a ticket that someone else had gotten and a typo put on my record. The staff at Sonya's helped me sort that out as well even though the problem was not on State Farms end it was a Lexisnexis problem. They also make handling claims super easy.

Ms Sonya Hamilton at State Farm and her team is awesome, and amazing. I been with her team for years and never had any issues that had my concerns. The workers are very friendly at the location or over the phone, each service was always professional conducted. The atmosphere in the building has always been warm, and welcoming just like family.
