I bought a 3000$ 85" TV XBR85X900H which has a severe audio issues (audio is not coming out and all the apps are frozen), I was told by a manager from your customer relations that this is a known issue (they actually release a TV with issues but hide it from their customers) the warranty does not cover such issue (again, manufacturer issues) and that I must wait for a software update without a release date. If I wanted to use an xbox controller I'd buy an xbox go back to ps2/ps3 style controllers please

They dont do anything in a timely manner. the October free games weren't out until a week Into the month. this month they still haven't updated the ps store. its 4 am I want to start the download so I can play in the afternoon. they still wont be out until halfway through the day or even later at this rate it will be another day before I can even play the new games. see if I renew my plus when my subscription is up. Im for sure not going to purchase that overpriced ps5.
