Susan is a rude and incompetent audiologist and I would not recommend her to anyone. We went there to look at getting a new set of hearing aids (a fourth pair from her by the way) and she was dismissive and arrogant. I had to ASK her to check the current ones which as it turned out one was broken, which she did fix but without prompting she would not have even checked.
