The hearing aid dispenser guy I'd been working with refused to process new hearing aids for me because he (or, rather, Sonus' lawyer) didn't want him to be a witness in my lawsuit involving my hearing loss. What's worse, the defense took his deposition (because I named him as a witness to testify to the costs of my current hearing aids and the better ones he'd discussed with me) and he outright lied that we'd never discussed the costs of hearing aids.
