The staff and doctors were extremely kind. The way they put extra effort into making sure I can navigate in their facility using my wheelchair was really appreciated. I’ve never had a complete hearing exam like this. They really paid attention to detail and were able to pinpoint the type of hearing loss I’ve been experiencing. Reason for the 4 Star rating was because it took more than 4-6 weeks. Can you believe it? They're still blaming the Pandemic?? Other than that, staff is nice and welcoming. The doctor pulled out a box and there they ,I called them my Bluetooth hearing aids. Lol! Folks this is new technology. I get a pair of hearing aid last month.a audiologist put a right side to test when I was at San Gabriel sound lab.it is not clear enough plus a volume lower than my old hearing aid. I only use on that day,couple week later I try my left hearing aid transmitter not really function.i called and go there few days after.the audiologist who speak Cantonese said.once I ordered I can not get replacement. She mean no warranty,but they charge my insurance $6000 for pair of hearing aid
