It was a pleasure to see Steve at 'Sonus Hearing' because after my initial earing test he explained to me what I needed for my hearing problem and he took his time to explain things to me and knew what type of hearing loss I have and what I needed to make life easier for me. So now I don't have to play the sounds like game, or start my sentences with 'Huh' when talking with people.
