Un professional poor customer service this place really sucks they are rude to customers they don't answer there phones they are horrible.
This place has horrible customer service. They are very lazy, and if you are a senior citizen who has trouble hearing forget it...they won't help you. They have a 3.2 rating because they are awful, and their equipment is very faulty. Take your business somewhere else.
Horrible customer service!!! And the staff and the doctor are rude to people!!! Never again!!! Like I said horrible.. receptionist has tattoos all over her face and neck n the doctor and her talk smack about people right in front of them!!! Rude people!!
First time visit 2 days ago and everything seemed nice, 1st Dr did the actual hearing test, she was gentle kind and very soft spoken beautiful African American woman my mom liked her, the 2nd Dr I believe her name was Christina looked Latina and was the one who showed my mom her hearing aid options was very rude, she spoke with an attitude, cold short and seemed annoyed when we asked questions, at the end she even said that's all you can leave and don't worry about coming back bc you won't with out even looking at us, my mom... read more
I thought it was me, but yes, they are the most uncaring, uncompassionate Dr. the receptionist also looks upset. On one visit, my grandpa was coughing, and they got mad because he was coughing, and they made us wear a mask, and they were a mask, too. Today, they were sick and coughing near us without a mask. The Dr. does not have any care for her patients she explained my grandpa how to use the audio adapter with a bad actitud because my grandpa wasn't able to understand, so I tried to explain him, and she looked bad at me.
