Horrible. Sat in the waiting area for hours. I asked kindly how much longer. And she said she would ask her manager its been 25 minutes since she has got back to me. People came in and went in before me. Finally lady got back to me told me the audiologist had a family emergency and left and made me reschedule. I came from whittier. Which as a person of really low income and struggling it was such a waste of money and gas. I'm very very disappointed. Upon arrival with my elderly mom, they said someone canceled our appointment. No one informed us beforehand. I even confirmed our appointment thru their text messaging system days before. I lost wages just to go here.
Best Hearing Test I have Everhart. Sally was so efficient, kind and helpful. Sadly they did not take my Insurance for new Hearing aids or to clean or repair my existing ones.
