This company deserves 0 starts first they call me the day before my appointment at 8:30 telling me I’m not active with my insurance and they Don’t have my referral, they called me at 4 and close At 4:30 what time does that leave me to fix your mistakes because when THEY called me they stated they had received the referral so how is it missing all of a sudden ?? And turns Out they called the wrong insurance of course I’m not active I’ve never even been with that insurance my whole life. Checking eligibility is their basic job... read more
