Good hearing aid specialist. Very personal service. Good people.
They were so careless, I had my 90 years old mom with me and they didn’t explain clearly. When I took her over there , they said ins not covering this ….if I knew I wouldn’t take her…. Not communicating well
My insurance approved and sent me here. I met with Cherie Murray. The first thing she said is "did you think you were getting hearing aids today because you're not". Then she proceeded to insult me saying "your insurance is for low-income people and we don't take that". I said why did you take this appointment and get all my insurance info weeks ago. This company and woman are very unprofessional and rude. Then she tried to sell me some aids for $2500. Cherie insulted me, my insurance company, and wasted 1/2 my day.
