I have made 3 appointments for my mom and when we show up they tell her they can’t see her because the doctor is always in a meeting they should plan accordingly and give out appointments during meeting times!!! Receptionist is super rude as well my mom is elderly and goes in by herself most of the time since I have newborn twins and she always tells me how rude they are to her!

They don’t answer any call phone And the appointment take long, long time More than 3 months They don’t respect any patient Specially, the senior because they need the headset They are not qualified in customer service.

Horrible experience! The doctor has no respect to patients and is extremely unreasonable. Appointment was made weeks before and multiple texts were sent for appointment confirmation, but she still asked the patient to reschedule after 2 minutes. She could just send us a quick message to fix the issue. We made the appointment weeks before, drove 50 minutes and all she did was 2 minutes and asking us for a rescheduling. It’s this kind of bad apples that make our medical system fail.

I should’ve seen the rating before making an appt. First of all I called sooo many times and it kept taking me to someone’s voicemail She never called me back. I kept trying. Finally someone picked up after two wks ! I made an appt I got there at 10:32 and my appt was at 10:30 Their door is so small to get in with a big stroller aso I had to get my stroller down plus my baby and my toddler.
