The worst - is anyone even working? Tried calling all day, every day, for a week straight and no one ever picked up the phone. Left a message and no return call. I seriously don't understand how a business like this operates.
I had an appointment today at 10:30 AM The doctors are great, but the reception experience was extremely disappointing. The appointment reminder included only the time, with no address or phone number. We struggled to find the location. When we asked the receptionist for help, the response was rude and dismissive. This clinic needs serious improvement in front desk communication.
This Location is Extremely Helpful, Super Friendly, Hardly Busy. The Doctor here and his Staff is the Greatest. The times I have been there or called i have never ever had any issues at all. Getting a phone call back or getting a appointment. Super Friendly Staff. I don't like the other reviews. This location is perfect
