I had an appointment today at 10:30 AM The doctors are great, but the reception experience was extremely disappointing. The appointment reminder included only the time, with no address or phone number. We struggled to find the location. When we asked the receptionist for help, the response was rude and dismissive. This clinic needs serious improvement in front desk communication.
This Location is Extremely Helpful, Super Friendly, Hardly Busy. The Doctor here and his Staff is the Greatest. The times I have been there or called i have never ever had any issues at all. DO NOT use their services, worse customer services ever, my mom got referred to them. I was not able to get a hold of them with multiple attempts, voicemail. After a month, I quit and had to switch to another office. WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICES. Should not open if there is no one to answer the phone call.
