They were very knowledgeable and explained every aspect of the hearing test that I was given then explained how the results would be deciphered from how the machine calculated all the data.
I am very disappointed with the service my father and I received at Sonus Chula Vista. My father anxiously traveled two hours to receive his new hearing aids, only to be handed a box by a nurse who then left us in the lobby to figure things out on our own. When I asked for assistance in connecting the device to Bluetooth, the nurse rudely responded that she "was not the owner and had to charge us," even though it was something that could have been easily explained.
